This homemade paleo granola recipe is so dang good. I’ve been cooking a ton at home lately due to this whole coronavirus quarantine situation. I made this recipe for the first time far before the pandemic, but it’s one that is really soothing, grounding, and nurturing, especially in times like these.
I’ve been feeling a ton of uncertainty and a low beat feeling of “should I be terrified?” I hate it. I feel juxtaposed feelings of “stay calm” but also “don’t be naive.” I want to make jokes but I also want to cry like a 3-year-old. This whole experience feels like a bad dream that we aren’t waking up from any time soon.
Coronavirus came out of no where you guys. I wasn’t ready! I only had two rolls of toilet paper to my name. It’s been surreal to also see the grocery stores completely barren, shelves normally lined with goods are now naked.
It’s been really therapeutic and nourishing to cook in the kitchen. If you’re craving a sweet grounding snack, I am here to be your savory moral support. This homemade paleo granola recipe tastes great solo, sprinkled over creamy yogurt, or paired with your favorite milk and fresh fruit. Why buy the overpriced brands at Whole Foods when you can just whip this up at home? I promise it’s really easy to make.
